Any operator wishing to take part in the transport of animal by-products (ABPs) is required to apply for approval of transport to the territorially appropriate District Veterinary Officer prior to the commencement of the activity.
However, in order to obtain such approval, several different requirements must be met, which our team can help you with.

For breaching veterinary regulations, i.e., operating without the approval of the Veterinary Inspection, the District Veterinary Officer is entitled to impose an administrative fine of up to several tens of thousands of zlotys.
