The methane fermentation process is characterised by a high degree of complexity and variability, making it necessary to continuously monitor key process parameters. To this end, we recommend setting up a basic laboratory station in each biogas plant, where the following can be measured: temperature, pH of the substrates, digestate mass and fermentate, dry mass of the substrates, liquid and solid fermentate and the FOS/TAC ratio of the digestate. In addition, a basic laboratory station of a biogas plant is worth expanding with a muffle furnace for determining the level of organic dry matter and a set of reactors for determining the methane potential of the substrates.
In our offer, you will find measurement equipment for controlling the fermentation process, tested in many Polish biogas plants for many years. We can offer a low budget but also proven solutions for advanced equipment from renowned manufacturers.
We offer our clients full support at the stage of selecting equipment to suit their needs, commissioning, training in operation and, most importantly, training on how to interpret the results obtained in conjunction with other process data recorded in the plant.
